Does what it promises at good value and allows me to connect my Wii to the TV's scart ports (actually to a scart switch that routes all the consoles to one port on the TV). Image quality is decent for what it is (i.e. it is not HDMI!) and I have not noticed any signal interference on the TV. Image quality is equivalent to the DVD player connected via scart directly to the TV.
