- works exactly as described, if you want to connect your 5.1 speakers to your ipod or mp3 player, or just share music with your friends in general, this is the perfect solution, thumbs up.

If you are thinking about audio splitter, this one is it.
Its resonable in price and much better than the other ones.
Aside from having more sockets (sure you might think you dont need this many... but if you have friends and anything interesting to watch or listen to then all slots will be used up pretty quickly) the sound quality is pretty good. The volume of the sound does decrease slightly (barely noticable) with every extra headphone, but thats to be expected.
The mixing thing is more of a novelty. Its a challenge to find two songs that works...but can be kinda fun for those long road trips.

The customer service was fine. The product arrived on time, in brand new condition, as expected and with no complications. The product itself is the standard 3.5mm jack input and for all 5 output points. It seems durable and long lasting and is made of good materials. Functionality is great. I was concerned it would send out a quiet signal after splitting analog but the sound volume and quality isn't affected by splitting as far as I can tell. I used it to hold an office cinema but I'm sure there are far better and more imaginative uses.

Delivery:
The product arrived two days early for me.
Quality:
Some people say that it lowers the volume, and it does but so little that its barely noticeable. Some people also say that it lowers the quality.....it doesn't at all, in fact at one point I thought it improved it.
Whats included:
It comes with a second cable so that you can mix songs and obviously comes with the actual product.
Mixing:
The mixing works well and with a third cable, it could be put through speakers. However finding two or more songs that sound any good together is hard. But never the less it's good fun.
Overall:
Really good fun, especially with friends.
