It's the first I've heard of "frustration free" packaging, and I wondered what the big deal was until I cut myself to bits opening a thick plastic wrapped HDMI cable the other day. So there's a plus point for this item - no more cuts to knuckles and fingers from sharp plastic.
So on to the product itself. Good quality, it feels well made, has a great picture and therefore I cannot fault it. Better value than the other main brands and as far as I can see there is no discernible difference in picture quality.
