The apple headphones look great, sound great, and are remarkably comfortable. The sound quality is good, the style is good...everyone knows you have an i-pod for one :D. Many people keep complaining about the build quality and durability of this product however i have had my headphones since i got my 30GB i-pod in December 2006 and i have had no problems with them almost a year later. If your breaking them, it's because your clumsy. Stop writing reviews about fake headphones which give the real ones bad ratings...some people read these you know.
Anyway, if you want a good, stylish pair of headphones that will last you at least a year(if your remotely sensible)then buy these.

If I am reveiwing the original earphone which come with the apple i-pod then, I must admit that it can beat the most expensive in ear earphones.
I know this because I own: Shure ES530, Audio Technica ATH-CK10, Ultimate ear Triple fi 10, Sony ex-700. This most neglected earphone beat them all in one way or another. So do not throw your old Apple i-pod earphone away, just rediscover it again, and you will know what I mean. unfortunately it is not that brilliant with nano, as the sound with this ipod becomes tinny and thin.
Rip your music at high quality sound 320mbs on media player, and 256kbs on i-tune.

Many people seem to have something against these earphones and think their preferences would suit everyone. everyones ears are different, so obviously different headphones are going to fit better than others, some are better for blocking out background noise, but some people, me included, prefer to have a little background noise when i am walking along a busy road for example. these earphones fit my ears perfectly, are very comfortable and the sound is excellent for something that costs a few pounds!! i am not saying these earphones are the best, they are just the best for me, and you should spend time to figure out what type is best for you and stick to them and forget about people telling you what to buy just because it suits them!!!

i dont get why people keep complaining about these, these are the best headphones ive used, i've had an old pair of these before they were revamped, they lasted 3 years before they were accidentaly crushed, the sound quallity never dropped and was excellent quallity, they never fell out of my ears and they never broke, i now have a new pair with my ipod 80gb classic and these are even better, they fit in the ears better, the sound quallity is great and there strong, i bet most people either have naff copies of songs or are using a rubbish EQ setting, and even i have better hearing because im short sighted, therefore my hearing is inprooved, buy these headphones and i assure you that you wont be dissapointed
