Found the CX400 II a bit easier to live with than the 300's, I prefer the same length leads for each ear unlike the 300's asymmetric ones. The buds are comfortable in the ear, and cut out a lot of external noise. The ruberised leads are a bit of a pain, especially when they get knotted up, because it doesn't slide against itself easily getting the tangles out is a bit long winded. Found these earphones were the real thing, but there are a lot of fakes out there, look up the fake headphones website to see a guide on how to tell the difference.

Excellent bass and noise cancellation. I just used to go walking with these headphones connected to my ipod touch and its just amazing. I cant hear the outside world and its just music. Highly recommended

Why, oh why, do I keep buying cheap earphones? Never again, not now that I've heard how good in-ear earphones can be. The dynamic range and sound reproduction is fabulous and puts the sound from earphones two and three times the price into the shade. Importantly for me, I listen to Podcasts on the Tube. As the ear-canal earpieces are so well designed, outside noise is reduced considerably, and thus I can hear the spoken word without having to turn the volume up dangerously high. Trust Sennheiser. Just great.
