This LG 32" widecreen tv is the best tv I've had! It's sleek, classy looking in the black with an excellent picture with the 1080p. It was also extremely easy to set up and to retune when we had the digital switch over.
The built in freeview is easy to use as is the remote control. The only minor snag I can think of is that the electronic programme guide doesn't give as much information as others, i.e the programme you are watching doesn't automatically display information or tell you what time it started or finishes, you have to judge the guide for yourself. This is very minor however as you can press the info button on the remote to find out and it still has a 7 day guide.
I'd definately recommend this product, I only wish that I had more space for a bigger one!

Well now.........great tele! If you want a full hd tv, that has ample connectivity for all your needs, this is the one for you! Sitting in my living room, the piano black surround really pops, but in a good way, as another reviewer said it isnt overpowering in a regular living.
The connections at the back are more than enough for my needs, video, scarts, hdmi, component for the much played wii. Having mentioned the wii.....when playing some games for the first time on this tele i spotted colours in some that i have never seen before! It did make me giggle with glee, and that was without the component cable being used.
Even my £30 full hd dvd player from asda looks swell when played on this tv. All the cables sit tidy behind and you dont notice them. The sound......yes the sound could be better, all i think about is that as the speakers are at the back the sound is bouncing off the walls so you're losing some of it before it gets to you. But, a small price to pay as i have mine at a low volume mainly and its still more than enough for me.
Anyway, at £379 for a lovely looking tv, good sized and full of connections, with full hd for a great deal cheaper than what you would pay at other electrical stores..........you're not still thinking about it are you?!

I had been umm-ing and arr-ing over buying a new tv for a while and a couple of months ago i just plunged in and bought the LG. After 2 months I really cant find fault with it. To be clear I don't watch regular TV on it so haven't tried the built in freeview features and I use my set for DVD and gaming.
I have a samsung DVD with hdmi output and 1080p up scaling. I first tried the tv with The Dark Knight dvd, couldnt fault the picture quality and was really impressed with the sound quality (we also have a toshiba regza on which the sound is terrible. as for gaming i use the xbox360 via hdmi. i havent had any noticeable handshake issues and again the picture and sound is just rock solid. first tried it out with Fight Night round 4....looked incredible.
Really happy with the tv...no problems, great picture, great sound, good price.

Delivered this morning, unpacked and slotted into base, so easy, plugged it in and away to go, picture great, sound great, was worried about the sound in case it would be tinny but no, sound is perfect.
